ISO 14001 questions

Can we audit several sites under one ISO 14001 programme?

Yes. An audit plan can hold audits for any number of sites and departments, each with its own dates, auditors and status.

Can we combine ISO 14001 with ISO 9001 or ISO 45001 audits?

Many organizations run integrated audits. You can build a template that covers the shared clauses once and the standard-specific requirements separately.

How are environmental corrective actions verified?

Each action moves from open to in progress to verify. A reviewer then records whether it was effective, partially effective or ineffective before it closes.
