Your actions,clearly assigned

An audit finding usually lands with someone who did not write it. Orisynx shows you what is being asked of you, lets you say if you disagree, and keeps the proof of the work with the action.

Accept the action, or say why not

When a corrective action is assigned to you, accept it or dispute it with a reason. If the training already happened and the real gap is a missing form, say so on the action.

The dispute stays on the record with its reason, and comments let you and the auditor settle it in the same place.

Break the work into tasks

An action breaks down into tasks, each with an assignee, a priority of high, medium or low, and a due date. Tasks move from to do to in progress, in review and completed.

You can share the work with colleagues while the action stays yours, and the auditor can see how far it has got.

Show the work is done

Evidence sits on the action or task it proves, as a file, a link or a note: the updated procedure, the training record, the photograph of the repaired guard. Your administrator decides, through roles, who can add it.

When the work is complete, the action moves to verify, where its effectiveness is recorded as effective, partially effective, ineffective or pending before it is closed.

Action owners: questions

What if I think the action is wrong?

Dispute it and give your reason. The action is marked as disputed, and the reason stays on the record for the auditor to respond to.

How do I get access?

You are invited by email and set your own password. What you can see and change depends on the role your organisation gives you.

When is my action finished?

When the work is done, the action moves to verify. Its effectiveness is recorded there, and then it is closed.

Will I be reminded about deadlines?

Yes. A daily email digest lists your overdue work, work due soon and work waiting on you, and in-app notifications arrive as work is assigned.
